We listed our home in Powell with two other realtors before I signed up with Andrew. The first two brought only five potential buyers in over eight months. In spite of a hot market, my house sat in the market for 150 days the first time and 130 days the second time. Andrew held several open houses and connected with eight buyers in four weeks. Each buyer was screened properly. We got into contract in four weeks and had to turn away potential buyers. Andrew is very astute about buyer behavior and properly advised me during the negotiation which resulted in closing the deal at a decent price. All this happened in a down market.
