Andrew represented us both as seller’s agent and as buyer’s agent. He is highly knowledgeable and reliable, and is willing to invest the time and resources needed to do the best possible job for his client. On the seller’s side, he did an excellent job with selling our relatively unique home. It was a wonderful property, but definitely not for everyone. He did a terrific job of marketing the property in advance and it sold at asking price in two weeks from the date of listing. On the buyer’s side, he showed incredible patience with us as we were looking at literally hundreds of homes within a 50 mile radius around Columbus. As a couple we are incredibly picky buyers and don’t always agree with each other, but Andrew always stays calm and diplomatic. The process of looking for a new home took us well over eight months, and Andrew‘s unflagging energy and willingness to always cheerfully take us to yet another newly listed property never waned (or at least he didn’t show it??).
