    We met Andrew by chance, and I'm glad we did! From day one, he was personal and responsive. He understood well what he wanted and got to work right away - I was very impressed by his efficiency. Very soon after we were buying a new home, and listing our current one.     Working with Andrew was fantastic in every way. He was extremely responsive every single time we contacted him about a home or had any question regarding the home buying experience. He made himself available at all hours of the day, seven day a week. He is extremely well connected and experienced, and guided us through the entire process from showing homes, to bidding, to choosing a mortgage agent, and was present all the way to the last signature at our closing. My fiance and I were first time home buyers, so we required a large amount of hand-holding. In the end we were able to purchase a house we loved that was perfect for us. I would highly recommend Andrew and would 100% work with him again.

    Andrew was never pushy, but listened to us and told us what he truly felt our options were with each house and let us decide if we would want to proceed.
    Once we were in contract on a house, Andrew went above and beyond to help us navigate an odd situation when a pipe broke on our dream house before closing. He was on top of communicating with the contractors to ensure everything was properly repaired and replaced and I felt that he did an amazing job for us. Would highly recommend to anyone!

He helped us with our initial search and went on several appointments with us to find our style and what homes would fit our family's true needs......he then visited several build communities until he located a plan and lot that was absolutely perfect......way above and beyond. He stuck with us along the building journey, and appropriately listed our current home with timing and convenience in mind. Andrew was extremely helpful helping us prepare for online pictures and open houses. Once we had an offer, Andrew made the process easy and stress free.     Andrew provided consistent and reliable professional realtor services throughout the six months of listing, marketing, advertising, showing, and selling my custom executive home in Powell.

    He staged open-houses several Sundays without prompting from me. He arranged an aerial photo shot of my property that was outstanding. He was personable, articulate, and knowledgeable in assisting me with decisions involving pricing and offers. He more than satisfied my expectations for all the standard realtor activities and responsibilities.

    However Andrew's services did not stop there. Since I was working out of state during the entire six month period, he would stop by to check on my home 3-4 times a week and he made sure the thermostat was set right during the frigid winter days. He would call me regularly with updates. He also purchased salt and put it down as necessary to ensure safe access. Last and most impressive, he cleaned up after my final move when I had to leave quick to drive back to NC in a snowstorm.
