Andrew is an outstanding agent and a nonstop worker who knows the market and will see you through the process from start to finish. Andrew is hands down the most prepared realtor in Central Ohio. Andrew helped us sell our home in record time. We sold our home on the first showing all due to Andrew's preparation and knowledge of the housing stock in the market and the buyers in the market. Without his, expertise and dedication, we wouldn't be where we are today. I highly recommend Andrew Robinson if you're looking for a realtor. Great agent and a great guy.

Andrew was Incredibly helpful to me in my recent home purchase! He was responsive, professional and helpful in the negotiation process as well. Additionally, his post - purchase support is Very noticeable and appreciated!

I met Andrew in the spring of 2015 after reading a post regarding a home he sold 24 hours after it went on the market. He gave me a few suggestions to get my house ready for spring of 2016, which is when my family would be ready to sell. We received an offer the day after the open house. He was always available to answer my calls through the entire process and remained positive and professional.

Andrew is extremely professional and he did an outstanding job of MARKETING and SELLING our home in Muirfield Village. We were quite pleased with the outcome! He is not your typical realtor and thinks outside the box. It was a delight to work with him. He is creative, enthusiastic, energetic and has a great sense of humor!
We are now searching for the perfect home to downsize into, and Andrew is displaying great patience in this process. He is going above and beyond most realtors. We are currently living out of state so he often previews homes for us and keeps us posted on new and updated listings. With Andrew's assistance we are confident we will find the perfect home in Ohio.

We met Andrew by chance, and I'm glad we did! From day one, he was personal and responsive. He understood well what he wanted and got to work right away - I was very impressed by his efficiency. Very soon after we were buying a new home, and listing our current one. He was there to facilitate every step, and we feel that his experience and focus on the job were used to our overall benefit during what could normally be a stressful time.
Now that he found us our perfect home and sold our prevoius, we won't need a realtor for a while..... but I'm happy to recommend him to anyone looking for anew extremely competent, knowledgeable agent.

Working with Andrew was fantastic in every way. He was extremely responsive every single time we contacted him about a home or had any question regarding the home buying experience. He made himself available at all hours of the day, seven day a week. He is extremely well connected and experienced, and guided us through the entire process from showing homes, to bidding, to choosing a mortgage agent, and was present all the way to the last signature at our closing. My fiance and I were first time home buyers, so we required a large amount of hand-holding. In the end we were able to purchase a house we loved that was perfect for us. I would highly recommend Andrew and would 100% work with him again.

Andrew was great to work with to buy our first home! As first time home buyers, we had lots of questions about the process and homes in general. Andrew answered everything promptly and gave us all kinds of great advice while going on house tours.
Andrew was never pushy, but listened to us and told us what he truly felt our options were with each house and let us decide if we would want to proceed.
Once we were in contract on a house, Andrew went above and beyond to help us navigate an odd situation when a pipe broke on our dream house before closing. He was on top of communicating with the contractors to ensure everything was properly repaired and replaced and I felt that he did an amazing job for us. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Incredibly professional and knows his stuff, he sold our home in less than a month at very reasonable price (win-win for buyer, and for us as the seller). Can't recommend him highly enough, he's great.

Andrew was amazing to work with. He helped us with our initial search and went on several appointments with us to find our style and what homes would fit our family's true needs......he then visited several build communities until he located a plan and lot that was absolutely perfect......way above and beyond. He stuck with us along the building journey, and appropriately listed our current home with timing and convenience in mind. His professionalism throughout the entire process was great, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to list or buy in Columbus.

Andrew went above and beyond to help me sell my parents house. He gave sound advice for improvements needed. He had numerous open houses and marketed the house effectively. He kept me informed during the process and my expectations for selling price and time table were met.

Best realtor in town! I was very pleased with the knowledge and professionalism Andrew brought to the table. He made a very difficult deal happen and in the end I got everything that I wanted. I would definitely recommend him for anyone looking to sell or buy a home! 10/10

We hired Andrew Robinson after a friend recommended him to us. It was the best experience we have ever had with a realtor. He worked very hard to sell our home and we were in contract in under 48 hours after going on the market. He not only sold the home for asking price, but we settled on amount that was above our asking price. Andrew will be the only realtor that I recommend to friends and we will definitely hire him again on our next sell and purchase.

I just cant thank him enough for all he did for me and my family.

Although we had been looking at houses off and on for several years, we contacted Andrew and were in the home that we love in just a few months!
Andrew is very responsive to emails and phone calls. He adapts to your style of house hunting and always makes sure your needs are being met. I would recommend him to anyone!

Very knowledgeable and very driven to make the experience of home buying and selling positive. Would recommend Andrew to any prospective home buyer or seller.

Andrew was wonderful. We contacted Andrew, and within a couple hours Andrew met us at our house. He had a detailed folder filled with our home information, and comps in the area. Andrew was extremely helpful helping us prepare for online pictures and open houses. Once we had an offer, Andrew made the process easy and stress free. He quickly responds to questions, and offers advice when needed. Andrew is professional and passionate about his career. He went above and beyond our expectations. I highly recommend Andrew.

Andrew provided consistent and reliable professional realtor services throughout the six months of listing, marketing, advertising, showing, and selling my custom executive home in Powell.

He staged open-houses several Sundays without prompting from me. He arranged an aerial photo shot of my property that was outstanding. He was personable, articulate, and knowledgeable in assisting me with decisions involving pricing and offers. He more than satisfied my expectations for all the standard realtor activities and responsibilities.

However Andrew's services did not stop there. Since I was working out of state during the entire six month period, he would stop by to check on my home 3-4 times a week and he made sure the thermostat was set right during the frigid winter days. He would call me regularly with updates. He also purchased salt and put it down as necessary to ensure safe access. Last and most impressive, he cleaned up after my final move when I had to leave quick to drive back to NC in a snowstorm.

I am most grateful to Andrew for these additional services that he provided unsolicited. I am sincerely pleased to give him my highest recommendation as a true professional realtor and great guy to know.

We had utilized a couple of realtors to try our home and then met Andrew and were immediatly impressed with his professionalism and up to date marketing methods. He utlized social media as well as traditional marketing methods to get our house to market and the level of activity showed. We were able to sell our house in less than 90 days in a challenging market. He is very professional and his outside industry experience brings significant advantages to the table. I would have no issues recommending Andrew to anyone.

Andrew was very professional, courteous and very concerted to make sure both parties interests were met and the transaction was done. He looked after the interests of both parties and was a pleasure to work with him to get the deal done.

Andrew Robinson was very professional and persistent, and he also has business knowledge in addition to real estate knowledge. He is very unique and creative with valuable ideas for advertising of the real estate.

Andrew has been helping my wife and I but our first house I never realized what a taxing process it was going to be but, Andrew was there every step of the way. He even arrived at the inspection and walked through the inspection with me and the inspector because he knew this was all new to me. We found the perfect house for us thanks to all of Andrew's hard work and dedication.
